Made for your
feet only.
Bespoke footwear built entirely by hand — from last to sole. Every pair is a months-long process resulting in shoes that fit, feel, and age like nothing off a shelf ever could.

From consultation
to first wear.
Consultation
We discuss style, fit, leather, and design details — in person or remotely.
Measurements & Last
I take precise measurements and build or adjust a last to your foot.
Pattern & Cutting
The upper pattern is drafted and cut from your chosen leather.
Stitching & Lasting
The upper is hand-stitched, then pulled and shaped over the last.
Sole & Finishing
The sole is attached, edges are finished, and the shoe is polished.
Pricing guidance.
Every pair is different. Pricing depends on design complexity, leather selection, and sole construction. I'll provide a detailed quote after our initial consultation.
Common questions.
How long does the process take?
Typically 3–6 months depending on complexity and queue. I'll give you a timeline at consultation.
What's the price range?
Custom shoes start at $1,500 and vary based on design, leather, and sole construction.
Do I need to visit in person?
An in-person fitting is strongly recommended for best results, but initial consultations can be remote.
Can you replicate a specific shoe?
I can draw inspiration from existing designs, but every DAK shoe is built from scratch to your specifications.
What leathers are available?
I source full-grain calfskin, shell cordovan, suede, and exotic leathers upon request.
