BSPKE is DAK Leather’s bespoke shoe program. Every pair begins with precise measurements, personal style consultation, and hand-selected leather, then it’s built from scratch on a custom last shaped to your feet alone.

Bespoke shoemaking is slow on purpose. Each step is documented and shared along the way, so you see your pair come together.
Consultation
Style, fit, leather, and design, in person or remote.
Measurements & last
Precise foot measurements; a last is built to your shape.
Pattern & cut
Upper pattern is drafted and cut from your chosen leather.
Stitching & lasting
Hand-stitched, then pulled and shaped over the last.
Sole & finish
Sole attached, edges finished, polish and delivery.

Custom shoes start at $1,500 and vary based on design, leather, and sole construction. Detailed quotes follow consultation.
An in-person fitting is strongly recommended for best results. Initial consultations can be remote, fittings are in the studio.
I can draw inspiration from existing designs, but every DAK Leather shoe is built from scratch to your specifications.
Full-grain calfskin, shell cordovan, suede, and exotic leathers upon request. We discuss options at consultation.
Every pair is built on a last shaped to your exact measurements, there are no sizes, only your feet.
